1. NPI ENGINEER, Analyse & prepare Work Instruction, analyse trouble & perform continue improvement based on data collection, report preparation for engineering activity/ program/ project, Implement and drive continues improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices, ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure, develop and maintain company engineering standard, liaising among different departments, e.g. manufacturing, quality and planning.
2. PRODUCTION ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR, Responsible for supervising employees/ operator in manufacturing operations, Responsible for daily Production output, downtime, reject, yield. Resolving production problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries, To complete production plan by scheduling and assigning available resources; Establishing priorities; Monitoring progress; Drive production employees to achieve established goals.
3. FACILITY TECHNICIAN, Responsible for Building facilities, air conditioner & compressor, distillation machine.
Desired profile of the candidate
Education:
Diploma / Degree holder (1,2)
Senior High School / Vocational High School (3)
Language: Native/Fluent written and verbal English language skill (1,2)
Professional Experience;
- Min 2 years related experience (1,2,3)
- Experience in industrial spray painting process will be an added
advantage (1)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience of multicultural working environment is must.
